Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3

This course enables learners to fulfil their job role as a customer service specialist and supervise a team of highly trained customer service practitioners. Within this role, learners will act as the professional direct customer support for complex technical requests, complaints and queries in multiple customer service points such as contact centres, retail, web-chat, and many more.

What will I learn?

Learners will study many elements and aspects of specialist customer service performance learning:

  • The organisation’s business strategy in relation to the customer service experience and how it can be developed and improved
  • How to analyse and present a range of information to provide customer insight
  • What drives loyalty, retention and satisfaction to impact the general opinion of customers in an organisation
  • To deal with complex issues by being able to choose from a range of approaches
  • How to proactively gather customer feedback through a variety of methods, evaluate and develop procedures to utilise the gathered information.

    The aim of this qualification is to recognise learner’s achievements within the customer service environment and aid them to deliver continually improving service to customers.

    Entry Requirements

    To be suitable for an Advanced Apprenticeship with BB Training, you will need:

    • Must be employed in a role which involves provision of Customer Service
    • To be willing and able to access a Busy Bees training centre on occasions throughout your course to aid your learning
