This course builds upon the foundation and knowledge of both level 2 and 3, and helps support administrators towards their ideal career path, in a variety of office settings. As well as using administrative systems and processes, the qualiﬁcation will provide learners with a breadth of knowledge in complex business functions and activities. The course is designed for learners who have signiﬁcant experience in a business environment.
Senior business administrators will demonstrate superb communication skills and have an expert understanding of people and performance management. The course will include, but not be restricted to, the following understanding of:
