We recently held our annual graduation and awards ceremony to recognise the amazing hard work of our apprentices who have recently completed their courses.

Apprentices from all corners of the UK came together at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milton Keynes with their families in tow to celebrate their achievements

We used a superhero theme for the graduation to acknowledge the dedication and hard work each of our learners have put into their courses during the past 12 months, which makes them superheroes in our eyes.

Like university graduations, we believe it’s really important to have a day dedicated to highlighting this milestone. We are so pleased for each apprentice who has succeeded, but for most the learning won’t end here.

We provide training and courses designed to boost the career progression and development of workers in the care sector. After graduation, many of our apprentices complete further courses with us.

Alongside the graduation, our awards ceremony highlighted the individual accomplishments of learners who have truly excelled and demonstrated best practice within the care sector. Our winners were:
