Infection Control Course

What will I learn?

This course is designed to provide staff with an introduction to infection control and help staff understand how to protect care home residents and staff from acquiring infections and prevent cross-infection. It gives guidance on infection prevention and control, and will help care home managers to carry out risk assessments and develop policies and provide practical assistance to help comply with the Department of Health Code of Practice.
