Mental Health Capacity Act Course

What Will I learn?

This awareness course is designed to support delegates to understand the Mental Capacity Act and how this may relate to their working practices. On completion delegates will be able to confidently define mental capacity.

Delegates will have an awareness of the five core principles of the act and will understand better how mental capacity can be assessed.
